The International Food Cooperative was started in early 2022 by Vinay Konuru, David Shustin, Amber Chow, and Sreeta Basu inspired by the lack of spaces for shared community and cultural learning in the wake of COVID-19.
We decided to adopt the name of the original IFC because we were proud of the legacy that it represented. Although our respective organizations were founded under different contexts, we still welcome alumni from the original organization into our space.
Since our formation, our group has grown into a melting pot of diverve cultures and perspectives from across the world. We cook dishes from all six main continents and have membership that isn’t afraid to try new flavors and learn about new ideas.
If this setting sounds appealing, please feel free to reach out to join us for dinner. We’re available by email at idowu@princeton.edu!
